What if my package arrives with a damaged box?
The outer shipping box is used to protect the product during transport.
Minor dents or scratches to the outer packaging may occur during shipping and are not considered product defects.

Hello! We are a Singaporean–Korean family based in Korea.
kgifts.shop was created to help fans and customers around the world access interesting and trendy products from Korea, including K-pop merchandise, K-beauty products, and unique gift items.
What items can I expect to find here?
Our store offers a variety of products including:

Product availability may vary depending on supplier inventory and manufacturer releases.
Where will the items be shipped from?
All items are shipped directly from Korea.
Orders are carefully packed and shipped internationally to the address provided during checkout.
How long does shipping usually take?
Because orders are shipped internationally, delivery times vary depending on destination country, courier services, and customs processing.
Average shipping estimates:
Far East (Japan, Hong Kong, etc.): 5-10 working days
South East Asia (Thailand, Singapore, etc.): 4-15 working days
Pacific (Australia, New zealand, etc.): 7-14 working days
North America (U.S., Canada, etc.): 9-14 working days
Europe (Germany, France, etc.): 7-14 working days
Middle East (India, Saudi Arabia, etc.): 9-15 working days
Africa, Latin America: 10-20 working days

What is a pre-order?
Some products are offered as pre-orders.
A pre-order allows customers to reserve a product before it is officially released by the manufacturer or supplier.
Pre-order items will be shipped once they are released and received at our warehouse.
Estimated release dates may change depending on manufacturer production schedules.
Why hasn't my order shipped yet?
Orders are shipped once all items in the order have arrived at our warehouse.
If your order contains a pre-order item, the entire order will ship once the pre-order item becomes available.
If your order is marked as unfulfilled, it means the order has not yet been shipped.
Once the order is shipped, the status will change to fulfilled and a tracking number will be provided.
How do I track my shipping?

How do I know if the items are authentic?
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, items are sourced from official stores, official distributors, or authorized resellers.
For products from stores such as Weverse or LINE FRIENDS, authenticity can often be verified through hologram authenticity stickers attached to the packaging.
Will I need to pay customs or import taxes?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
