      • Order Consolidation: Orders containing multiple items will ship only once all items have arrived at our warehouse.
      • Destination Country: Delivery times vary based on the destination country and local customs processing times.
  2. Estimated Delivery Dates

    • For customers who require their items by a specific date, please contact us via the website's chat function or email to request an estimated delivery date range. While we do our best to provide accurate estimates, shipping timelines cannot be guaranteed.
  3. Shipping Liability and Delays

    • Our store is not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control, including those caused by suppliers, manufacturers, shipping carriers, or unforeseen customs delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience should any of these factors affect delivery timelines.
    • Delays in shipping are not grounds for refunds, order cancellations, or chargebacks.
  4. Sea Shipping Option

    • If you select the Sea Shipping option, please note that this method may take 30–120 working days solely for the sea transit. Additional time may be required for customs processing and local delivery.
    • Total delivery time for Sea Shipping can range between 3–6 months. This is an economical option,  and recommended only for customers who are not in a rush. For faster delivery, please choose standard or express shipping options.
    • Sea Shipping delays, similar to other shipping methods, are not grounds for refunds or cancellations.
  5. Shipping Damages
    • The outbox is used to protect the actual product. Please note that we do not offer exchanges or refunds due to damages that may occur during the delivery.
