What is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order allows customers to reserve a product before it is officially released by the manufacturer or supplier.
Pre-order products are commonly used for:
• K-pop albums
• official lightsticks
• limited edition merchandise
• special promotional releases
When you place a pre-order, your order is secured in advance and will be shipped once the product becomes available.
Release Dates and Availability
Estimated release dates shown on the product page are provided by the manufacturer or supplier.
These dates may change due to:
• manufacturer production schedules
• supplier allocation
• logistics or distribution delays
Release date changes are common for limited edition merchandise and do not qualify as grounds for order cancellation or refunds.
When Will My Pre-Order Ship?
Pre-order items are shipped after they are released and received at our warehouse.
Once the items arrive at our warehouse, the order will be processed and shipped according to the selected shipping method.
Processing times may take 1–5 business days before shipment.
Orders Containing Multiple Items
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the order will be shipped once all items have arrived at our warehouse.
This allows us to consolidate shipments and reduce international shipping costs.
If you would like in-stock items shipped earlier, please place separate orders.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been shipped, delivery times will depend on:
• destination country
• courier operations
• customs clearance
• local postal services
Delivery times shown on the website are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
Pre-Order Cancellations
Once a pre-order has been processed or secured with the supplier, cancellations may not be possible.
This is because pre-order quantities are often reserved in advance with suppliers.
Customers are encouraged to review product details carefully before placing a pre-order.
European Union (EU) Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days after receiving the goods, in accordance with the EU cooling-off period.
For pre-order items:
• cancellations may not be possible once the order has been secured with the supplier
• after the item has been delivered, the EU cooling-off period will apply starting from the delivery date
Items must be unused and in original packaging to qualify for a return.
Important Notes About Pre-Orders
Please note the following when placing a pre-order:
• release dates may change depending on the manufacturer or supplier
• production quantities may be limited
• packaging, promotional items, and included components may vary between production batches
• orders containing pre-order items may ship later than standard orders

What if my package arrives with a damaged box?
The outer shipping box is used to protect the product during transport.
Minor dents or scratches to the outer packaging may occur during shipping and are not considered product defects.

Where will the items be shipped from?
All items are shipped directly from Korea.
Orders are carefully packed and shipped internationally to the address provided during checkout.
How long does shipping usually take?
Because orders are shipped internationally, delivery times vary depending on destination country, courier services, and customs processing.
Average shipping estimates:
Far East (Japan, Hong Kong, etc.): 5-10 working days
South East Asia (Thailand, Singapore, etc.): 4-15 working days
Pacific (Australia, New zealand, etc.): 7-14 working days
North America (U.S., Canada, etc.): 9-14 working days
Europe (Germany, France, etc.): 7-14 working days
Middle East (India, Saudi Arabia, etc.): 9-15 working days

Why hasn't my order shipped yet?
Orders are shipped once all items in the order have arrived at our warehouse.
If your order contains a pre-order item, the entire order will ship once the pre-order item becomes available.
If your order is marked as unfulfilled, it means the order has not yet been shipped.
Once the order is shipped, the status will change to fulfilled and a tracking number will be provided.
How do I track my shipping?
You can track your order by visiting your account page:

How do I know if the items are authentic?
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, items are sourced from official stores, official distributors, or authorized resellers.
For products from stores such as Weverse or LINE FRIENDS, authenticity can often be verified through hologram authenticity stickers attached to the packaging.
Will I need to pay customs or import taxes?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
