Return & Refund Policy
Agreement
By placing an order on kgifts.shop, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this Return & Refund Policy, as well as the product description, specifications, shipping method, and estimated delivery timeframe stated on the product page.
Returns or disputes based on information clearly stated on the product page may be refused.
Return Window
Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date the package is marked as delivered by the courier.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

Item must be unused and unopened

Item must be in original packaging

Item must be in the same condition received

Tags must be intact (if applicable)

Proof of purchase is required
Items showing signs of use, tampering, or removed seals will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return

Returns sent without approval may be refused and returned at the sender's expense.
Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable.
Customs & Import Responsibility
International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes determined by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
If customs fees are refused and the parcel is returned, abandoned, or destroyed, no refund will be issued.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address.
Orders shipped to incorrect addresses cannot be refunded.
Missed Delivery or Returned Packages
If a parcel is returned due to:

Missed delivery attempts

Failure to collect from the post office

Incorrect shipping address
then:

Refunds will not be issued

Customers must pay return fees and reshipping costs
If a parcel is abandoned or destroyed by customs, no refund will be issued.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
To report an issue:

Record a full unboxing video (unedited).

Important notes:

Minor dents or scratches on outer packaging are not considered defects.

Many items are collectibles, and minor packaging imperfections may occur during shipping.

Claims without sufficient evidence may be rejected.
- Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Product Variations
Packaging, design, or manufacturing details may vary between production batches.
These variations do not qualify as defects.
Promotions & Freebies
Promotions, free gifts, or samples may vary depending on brand promotions or supplier allocation.
Packaging, promotional items, and included samples may change without prior notice.
These differences are not considered defects.
Shipping Delays or Lost Packages
Courier Delays
Delivery times are estimates. Delays caused by customs, courier operations, weather, or other external factors are outside our control.
Lost Packages
If a shipment is confirmed lost by the courier, we will assist with an investigation. Refunds or replacements are issued only after the courier confirms the loss.
Delivery Confirmation
Once tracking shows delivered, the order is considered fulfilled.
kgifts.shop is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery location.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order once the return is approved.
EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order ships to the European Union (EU), you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days after receiving the goods.
Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
For pre-order items, cancellations may not be possible once the order has been processed or secured with the supplier. After the item has been shipped and delivered, the standard EU cooling-off period will apply starting from the delivery date.
Refunds
If your return is approved:

Pre-Order Policy
Pre-order items are products that are reserved in advance and will ship once they are released by the manufacturer or supplier.
Important notes for pre-orders:

Estimated Timelines: Estimated shipping or release dates are approximate and depend on manufacturer production schedules. We explicitly list the expected release or shipping month in the product description of each pre-order item.

Cancellations & Grace Period: Because allocations with our international suppliers are secured immediately to protect your reservation, pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order. Cancellation requests made after this 24-hour window cannot be processed.

Fulfillment Protections: If a manufacturer completely cancels production or we face a supplier shortage that prevents us from fulfilling your order, you will be issued a 100% full refund immediately.

Delays: Delays caused by manufacturer production schedules, release date changes, or supplier allocation do not qualify for cancellation or refund.
For customers located in the European Union (EU), cancellation rights after delivery are governed by the EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period described below.
Partial Orders
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship together when all items become available.
Abuse of Policy
kgifts.shop reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or future orders from customers who abuse the return policy or submit fraudulent claims.
