I had ordered the Karina x MLB hoodie and the Kgifts team were kind enough to reach out to me to let me know of some alternate options as the hoodie from the original store had sold out quickly. The staff were super nice and helpful and would respond fairly quickly whenever I would ask about shipping updates. I would 100% buy from them again.
